Athletics is the default (college NIL). Talent is the same OS with different nouns: roster, campaigns, creator seats. The cycle sits in the chrome so the house wears this year, not last year.

Owner runs the house. Operator is day-to-day admin: filings and athlete seats. Reviewer is the clearance mod. Viewer reads. Athletes see their own record, money, and clock.

Institution controls

Guardrails apply to every seat and deployment. Staff invitations stay on approved domains. Athlete seats can use any inbox, because that is how athletes actually live.
