Every open disclosure, ranked by hours remaining in the 5 business day window. Weekends do not count. Holidays are not modeled, so a real deadline is never later than the board shows.
The window runs from when disclosure first became required, not from when a deal is filed here. Clearance stops the clock. Software assistance, not a legal determination.
