Accessibility statement and test plan

Notera targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA for the web application. The interface includes semantic labels, keyboard focus treatment, a skip link, light/dark themes, status text in addition to color, accessible form errors, and reduced visual density where records are complex.

No VPAT or full conformance claim is made by this repository. Before institutional procurement, test the production release—not only components—with:

• Keyboard-only operation and visible focus
• NVDA + Chrome/Firefox and VoiceOver + Safari
• 200% zoom and 320 CSS-pixel reflow
• Text and non-text contrast in every tenant theme and both color modes
• Form labels, instructions, errors, dialogs, live regions, and table semantics
• Motion/animation with prefers-reduced-motion
• PDF/export accessibility when those artifacts are part of the purchased service

Record defects, owner, severity, workaround, target date, and retest evidence. Use those results to prepare a current VPAT/ACR with a qualified reviewer.
